REGISTRATION INFORMATION
1. The postmarked date when you mail in your registration form will determine your boat number in that event.
2. Registration for an event must be made in advance. We do not want to take registrations at the ramp.
3. The deadline for registration is one week before the event.
4. If you made a deposit for an event, please pay the balance for that event by the registration deadline.
5. Deposits will not be refunded.
6. If you are unable to attend an event in which you have made a payment and have a boat number reserved, please contact us as soon as possible so that we are able to contact the waiting list and allow another team to participate. Many of our events have full fields.
7. Any trail that does not have the minimum field will be canceled. Minimum fields will be determined for each trail two weeks before the first event in that trail. Please register as early as possible.
8. Always check the website the day before an event to get any pertinent information regarding the event, including last minute cancellations.
